POLYURETHANE SCREED FLOOR SYSTEM

Description :

A heavy duty pigmented polyurethane screed that gives a hygienic, tough and matt floor finishing.

Floor System Configurations :

  1. For Self-smoothing Floor when is subjected to service temperature from -10oC to 100oC
    • Primer - CL-EPOFLOR P121SB
    • Topcoat - CL-PUCRETE MDF
  2. For Non-skid Floor when subjected to service temperature from -45oC to 150oC
    • Primer - CL-EPOFLOR P121SB
    • Topcoat - CL-PUCRETE HDF

Recommended dry film thickness :

  • CL-PUCRETE MDF : 3mm to 6mm
  • CL-PUCRETE HDF : 6mm to 12mm

Areas of Applications :

  • Food/beverage processing industries
  • Chemical processing areas
  • Industries requiring thermal shock resistance floor for freezers, refrigerators, and oven
  • Warehouses
  • Loading and unloading docks
