CL–KOTE 88 is a cold applied single component UV resistance modified polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing system. On installation, it bonds firmly on to the substrate to form a continuous seam-free, tough, elastic, UV resistance and coloured membrane for waterproofing of roofs and balconies as well as various exposed and non-exposed areas. CL-Kote 88 can be applied on concrete, fibrous cement sheet, concrete block, cement render, timber, GRC and metal except aluminum. Available in micro-fibres reinforcement version: CL-Kote 88 PRO
