It comes in four different depths to cater for the varying thicknesses of concrete slabs. Model : CL-Crack Inducer 42, 75 and 90 Dimension : Depth = 42mm, 75mm and 90mm Width = 10mm Length = 3.0m Profiles : 1) Removable top sections 2) 42mm assembled profile 3) 75mm assembled profile 4) 90mm assembled profile Installation : • Check the thickness of the slab to determine the right type of crack inducer to be used. <div class="content-desc">• Check the thickness of the slab to determine the right type of crack inducer to be used. As a thumb of rule, the depth of the crack inducer shall not be less than one quarter the thickness of the slab.<br />
• Insert and withdraw T bar thus leaving the joint groove in wet concrete.<br />
• Insert CL-CRACK INDUCER into the joint groove whilst concrete is still wet.<br />
• When concrete has set, remove the top section of the crack inducer, leaving a joint ready to receive sealant.<br />
• Top section may be left intact if there is no intention to replace it with sealant.</div>
