Following the appointment as the exclusive distributor of Kansai Paint in Singapore in 2022, Chin Leong Construction Systems is extensively engaged in MCST repainting, repair and redecoration works in Singapore as well as the distribution sales of Kansai Paint in retail and industrial space in the Singapore market.

CN-FLEX 1000 is a premium grade high concentration water replacement bonding agent for enhancing the adhesion strength of cement mortar, tile adhesive, cement, plastering cement, cement / sand screed, render repair compound, grouting cement etc.
CL-FLOOR 11 is a 2-part self-levelling underlayment compound with high compressive strength of more than 30N/mm². Suitable for leveling internal and external subfloors of concrete, cement / sand screeds, asphalt, etc prior to the floor coverings installation eg. vinyl tile, carpet etc. Priming with CL-Primer P1 is required.
KUNISEAL C-31DS is a plasticised bentonite based concrete waterstop that acts as a water barrier in concrete construction joints.
CL-MEMBRANE MIN is prefabricated torch-on polymer bitumen membrane with mineral, reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric used as a waterproofing cap sheet layer suitable to be exposed for covering surfaces like flat roof.
